Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 Cup Cup Greek Yogurt (Whole milk)
  • 15  Leaves Mint
  • 3/4 Cup Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Rainbow Sprinklers

Instructions

  • Mix the yogurt,vanilla extract,sugar,salt and whisk it together. Continue to whisk until sugar get dissolved.
  • Transfer it to a container and freeze for 2 hours.
  • Now add the frozen yogurt,milk in a blender along with the mint and blend it well along with the ice cubes.
  • Served it in a glass with some sprinkles.

Notes

How to serve:
 
For the rainbow sprinkles border, I brushed the rim of the glasses with lime and dunked them with bowl of sprinkles.
